These terms set out how the games and pages at CHAMAGE GAMES (https://chamagame.com/) may be used. By using the site, you are treated as having agreed to them.

CHAMAGE GAMES is run by an individual. Details about the operator are collected on this page. About the Operator

Every game is free to play. No account or login is required. There are no paid games and no in-game purchases.

Your own internet connection charges are, of course, yours to pay.

Every effort goes into making things work properly, but we cannot guarantee that there are no bugs, or that the site is always available.

• Save data, high scores, and favorites are stored in the browser on your device. They are lost if you clear your browser data, or if you open the site on a different device or in private browsing. The operator cannot restore them.
• Games may be added, changed, or removed, and the site may be suspended or shut down, without prior notice.
• Depending on your device, OS, or browser, things may not work correctly.

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from using the site, or from being unable to use it.

• Gaining unauthorized access to the server or system, exploiting vulnerabilities, or disrupting operation with floods of requests
• Using programs, tools, or data tampering to submit false records or scores, or to manipulate the rankings
• Posting anything that hurts, threatens, or upsets other people, or that is obscene or violent
• Posting another person's personal information, or a photo showing their face, without permission
• Posting someone else's copyrighted work, characters, or logos without the rights holder's permission
• Reproducing, redistributing, modifying, or selling the site's text, images, or programs without permission
• Impersonating the operator or other users, or using the site purely to advertise or solicit
• Anything unlawful, or that risks being unlawful

Where we judge that any of the above applies, posts may be deleted and site access may be restricted or blocked.

Some games let you send content to the server and publish it for other people to see. In Blend-In Chameleon, the picture you drew and your nickname appear in the shared gallery; in Dot Hunter, your nickname, title, and score appear in the rankings.

Most games also have a high-score ranking. When a game ends, the name you chose and your score are sent to the server automatically and shown publicly in the in-game ranking and on the site's Ranking page.

• Before posting, make sure the content is fine to publish. You may choose any nickname, but do not include anything that identifies you or anyone else, such as a real name, school, or address.
• The operator may hide or delete posts that breach these terms or are judged inappropriate, without prior notice, and may not explain the reasoning.
• In Blend-In Chameleon you can delete your own drawings from inside the game, as long as you are on the device you drew them on. Drawings that gather enough reports from other players are hidden automatically.
• We do not guarantee that posts are kept forever. Older posts are removed once the post limit is reached, and posts can also disappear through housekeeping, bugs, or the service ending.
• Responsibility for the content of a post rests with whoever posted it. Any dispute with a third party is for the parties involved to settle.
• Posted content may be displayed within the site to introduce the site or to improve its features.

Copyright in the site's text, images, programs, and games belongs to the operator. Where material is used under licence from a third party, copyright belongs to that rights holder.

Screenshots and videos of your play, shared on social media, are very welcome. Including the CHAMAGE GAMES URL alongside them would be appreciated.

Please do not, however, copy the game files and host them on another site, or reproduce the site's text and images verbatim.

CHAMAGE GAMES is built on the assumption that children play here. There is no sign-up, and no request for a name, address, or email address.

A note for parents: in games with posting features, pictures and nicknames can be seen by other people. A word now and then about what is being posted goes a long way. If you spot a post that worries you, please tell us through the form.

These terms may be changed as needed, without prior notice. The revised terms apply from the moment they appear on this page. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the site's News section.

These terms are interpreted under the law of Japan. If litigation concerning use of the site becomes necessary, the courts of Japan have jurisdiction.
